Amateur Radio in and around the Red River Valley Area of Northeast Texas
George Haneke (NV7Z) and I were recently talking and he asked about setting up an area on the site for trading info on what I would characterize as projects or educational and this thread is to kick that effort off. If you have something you think members of the Club would find interesting, please make a post about it. If you would like to make a post but have never done one and would like a bit of help, please drop me a note or give me a call and I will be happy to help.
George said he had recently been experimenting with small scale copper plating. He had found a couple of very informative videos. From George: “Here are a couple. I use the second one with copper sulfate.” The links he provided were: 1) Easiest Copper Plating Method Revealed and 2) Easy And Inexpensive Copper Plating Trick!. I have watched both and found them fascinating.
That is it. Please add comments or tell us about something you find interesting. – Phillip
Nattily done.
